How an applied AI engagement works in India.
How long do AI engagements take?
Typical applied AI engagements run 3–10 weeks. Strategy and auditing is 3–4 weeks, custom implementation—AI agents, RAG, integrations—is 6–10, and governance and training is 4–6. We do not sell twelve-month “AI transformation” retainers. The work is finite: a named job, a named owner, and a last week.
What does a production AI system cost in India?
Strategy starts at ₹4.5L, governance at ₹6.5L, and implementation at ₹11L. Those are starting ranges for mid-market Indian companies, not a quote. Exact fees live on the service pages and in a statement of work—case studies show duration, not a price tag. If the job is a chatbot for its own sake, we will say no before you spend.
What is the difference between a pilot and a production system?
A pilot is a demo on clean samples that dies when the consultant leaves. A production AI system runs in the tools operators already use, has an eval set of ugly cases, a human checkpoint, a kill switch, and an owner on a Friday night. We build production systems, not pilots. That is the whole practice.
Do you work with mid-market companies or only enterprises?
Mid-market is the core. We are an India-based applied AI consultancy: production-grade work, priced in rupees, for operators who already feel the cost of manual processes. Enterprises are welcome when the job is one system—not a transformation office. If you need a hundred-person bench, we are the wrong firm.
