AI Strategy & Auditing

Most firms skip the homework. We map the workflows that actually pay, check whether internal data can support them, and write a cost-benefit case before anyone spends on development. This is AI strategy and implementation for operators—not a mural of forty use cases. We do this work for mid-market companies in India that already feel the cost of a stalled program.

Typical duration

3–4 weeks

Typical investment

Starting at ₹4.5L

Led by

Founder, hands-on

Output

Feasibility report + prioritized use-case roadmap

When this is the right engagement

  • You have a pile of AI ideas and no ranking by return.
  • Data lives in inboxes, PDFs, and six systems nobody trusts.
  • Leadership wants a build; finance wants a number first.
  • A previous pilot never made it past the demo.

The work

What we actually do

01

Use-Case Mapping

Identify high-ROI workflows ready for AI automation.

02

Data Readiness

Evaluate if internal data is clean and structured.

03

Feasibility Studies

Build cost-benefit models before clients invest in development.

Cadence

How the weeks go

  1. Week 1

    Workflow map and operator interviews

We sit with the people who do the job today and write down the steps, handoffs, exceptions, and cost of being wrong.

  2. Week 2

    Data reality check

We inspect whether the records, labels, and access actually exist. If the data cannot support the job, the idea dies on paper.

  3. Week 3

    Cost-benefit and a first bet

A written model of cost, return, and kill criteria. You leave with a yes, a no, or a “not now”—not a mural of forty use cases.

What you leave with

  • A ranked map of workflows with explicit “no” and “not now”
  • A data-readiness note: what is clean, what is missing, what would block a build
  • A cost-benefit model for the first bet
  • Kill criteria and a ninety-day sequence with owners

What we will not do

This is how you tell a builder from a firm selling AI as a mood. If you need one of these, we are the wrong partner—and we will say so.

  • AI transformation roadmaps with no first system
  • Vendor bake-offs dressed up as strategy
  • Use-case workshops that end in a mural and no owner
  • Recommendations we would not staff ourselves

Tell us the job that already hurts.

We’ll tell you honestly if we can help and what it would take.
