How the weeks go

  1. Week 1

    Job, tools, and permissions

    What the agent may touch, what it must never touch, and the human checkpoint. This is the design, not a later “safety layer.”

  2. Weeks 2–6

    Build against the real systems

    Agents, retrieval, and integrations against the CRM, ERP, and document stores operators already live in. Sandboxes lie.

  3. Weeks 7–10

    Eval, shadow, then release

    The system runs next to a human first. We compare actions, tighten the job, then turn on writes for the slice that is earning trust.

  • Working agents and retrieval in the systems operators already use
  • An eval suite of real traces, including the ugly ones
